[:en]After leaving Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône we spent the first night anchored at Isles du Frioul in front of Marseille. Next at calanque de Morgiou near Cassis and then we sailed during the night to the Isle of Porquerolles near Hyères. In the morning as we were mooring in one of the island coves we discovered that during the previous night a flying fish had unfortunately landed on our deck. The next sail to Corsica took us 50 hours of tacking against the wind which was blowing straight against us. We finally arrived in Calvi where we took some rest and visited the old town. We continued our journey south along the western coast of Corsica towards the north of Sardinia where we were hit by a gale which kept us moored and in a harbour (Stintino ) for a couple of days. A few more anchorages along the west coast of Sardinia, a visit to the old town of Alghero and then a crossing to the Balearic Islands.

Arrived in Menorca, anchorages in creeks along the south coast and part of the north coast where a rope got tangled tight around the propeller. Solved after 1 hour and half of diving (pleased to have 2 tanks and a compressor on board). Several thunderstorms with strong squalls but in the end no damage. The northern and western coast of Mallorca and a long crossing to Ibiza where the wind drove us to the eastern part. Crossing from Ibiza to Andalusia, Cartagena, Almeria and visit of Sevilla.

A few days in Gibraltar waiting to receive spare parts, to let a gale pass and to get favourable winds for the 6 days passage to the Canaries islands.

Hello “intrepid sailors”, Hello Philippe and Olivier, Hello Fione and Andre’s family,
it’s so nice to hear about your sailing trip and your Mediterranean adventures…
Here you can imagine our life in Ville d’Avray, with a beautiful autumn with temperatures above season…but still the Parisian subway… and new electric “scooters” (trottinettes) scattered and flourishing all around Paris pavements!!! Thank you A.Hidalgo!
Lots of love from Anne and Co, from Dago City!
